Our church invited Ann Gall to sing in our worship services and to give a concert the same night. Ann added elegance and grace to the services and enticed several hundred from our congregation to come back that evening. There she spoke, sang and drew us into worship. Her singing and song selections gracefully communicated the Gospel and the beauty of God. She shared her gift with us and we rejoiced together. Ann Gall has sung on several occasions at the ECB Convention and at several musical events with which I have been involved. 'A Taste of Opera' was the intriguing title of a recent evangelistic event for women in Chester. In the company of many friends, elegant flowers and a three course menu, we greatly enjoyed Ann's wonderful operatic performance. At our small church in East Sussex, we organised what we called a 'Praise Academy', a morning's coaching for the congregation with Ann Gall cajoling us to sing accurately, with passion and verve, the notes and words which were there on the pages in front of us.
